Battlefield HS Assistant Coach, Mental Mindset Coach, USA Wrestling Leader, Bronze Level Certified Coach and a former Virginia State Champion.

National Team Virginia Coach Freestyle(Men’s & Women’s), 2019 Schoolboy Assistant Coach, Former Fauquier High School Assistant Coach(two stints) where he helped guide Fauquier to 5 District Titles, 5 Regional Titles, and a 2020 State Championship. He is currently an Assistant Coach at Battlefield High School, Head Coach of A.T. Elite WC, and privately trains multiple wrestlers in Virginia and the East Coast. Coach Atwell has coached several Scholastic All Americans, Fargo All Americans, State Champions, and has helped guide wrestlers to wrestle at the next level.
